Ditto... just had them fitted 2 weeks ago. Make a nice difference to the car IMO... more predictable on the limits although the limits appear slightly reduced (if that makes sense)??
[Just incase this gets lost in translation, I am not slandering you, I know people can be sensitive to these harsh words.]

I understand what you are saying. However, I have driven with more anger since the rollbars were fitted because I feel more confident in knowing my limit.
Cat'n'Fiddle again this evening for a stretch of the legs!!

Agreed... you can find your limits more predictably before they find you!!
You going to the pub or just for a blast along the road?

hi there hope you dont mind me answering your question
22mm front abs with alloy klc 32 drop links for alloy arms
24mm rear adjustable bar with klc 26 rear drop links
complimented by an anti lift kit and if lowered or coilovers to get the roll centre back, fit a roll centre adjusting kit kca 313
its all about front grip to cure the dreaded understeer
you want loads of caster on the front suspension and medium camber
cheers geo

Its maybe worth adding that the more you tweak the caster/camber/toe etc... the greater the tyre wear... changing these settings too much on a mates impreza made his tyres last 5-6k from 11-12k so a fair difference using same branded tyres...

too much camber will wear tyres out quickly ,for a road car you have to decide between handling and tyre performance
so what you need imho is greater caster slightly more camber than o/e and properly toe settings

Here are the settings my local garage gave me. What would you recommend the best setup is for a road car to have the best compromise between handling and tyre wear?

We need a definitive set up on these for sure.
Thats the third post I have seen with geo settings and they are all different.
Even the Subaru Owners Manual is different, but this would be the regular Sti I presume.
Front and Rear Toe = 0
Front Camber = -0degs 25secs
Rear Camber = -1degs 30 secs

Regular STI settings for sure, but on the service book there should be a sticker stating prodrive lowering sprinngs fitted..admit this may be of use to subaru dealers only ....
otherwise ring zen or rcm for what the recommend for fast road, you wont get a disimilar answer

Now i have uprated my anti roll bars (rear set on medium).. and added strut braces front and back... do i need to alter car geometry in order to stop the back end kicking out quite as easily and if so what do you recommend?

I never had this problem and my rear ARB was always on the firm setting. If we meet soon I want a passenger ride to see how you drive. I fully admit I drive like a girl... Girl enough to see Spike constantly trying to hit the passenger brake pedal.

Yes agree it's all about the driver, as female passenger naggs on and driver goes strait on round corner they soon shut up

no alk fitted mate no just the strut brace front and rear and the arbs...
im willing to take u on the section of road where it happens bro if u like...
i might try and test the diff on manual too to see if forcing it to about 70/30 split helps things...
