Removeing wr1 spot lamps

Can anyone help,how easy or hard is it to take the wr1 spot lamps out
As having front bumper sprayed

Get a screwdriver with a cloth around it to protect the paint, unless you ahve a poper plastic trim remover, pop of the light surround undo the 10m bolts unclip the wire job done !

Do u have to pop the light cover were the slight hole is,will that just pop off with a screwdriver then click back in to place when needed to put back on.

Yes, they will clip on and off.
