Postby swrtno1 » Mon Mar 02, 2009 6:31 pm

There is a clicking noise coming from my brake calipers! :( :(

Have booked my car in to get looked at but its not for another week till they can look at it.

Anyone had this problem or know what it could be?

Have you changed your pads recently, and are you usin ds2500 or brembo pads...

sound like pads are movin back and forth slighlty, mine did it when i fitted some ds2500 pads they must be a tad smaller the genuine ones

but all ok now strange .. my dealer said it was a rear drive shaft .. lol what ever..

wanted £600 to fix .. ha

I had my brakes changed last year in the summer. Fitted performance friction discs and pads.

The clicking only started yesterday :x

I have PF discs & pads and they also click esp if I've reversed first, believe its to give more clearance for expansion of hot pads.
