I've got the adjustable topmounts on the front, some reason the rears are not, maybe this is the norm on road cars, but you get more road noise, not that you could here with a 3" decat  and a slight knock when travelling over rough roads such as we have here in britain at the moment.

I got them fitted by Exe-tc themselves, based in Exeter they are 80miles from me.

hi, took your advice guys and put two new rear shocks on. carnt believe the differance it made, no knocking now and car drives loads better, thought it was diff but no it was shocks. had a whineing noise and done the n/s rear bearing. also had an idle problem that turned out to be air flow meter. just seemed everything went wrong at once but car sorted now and loving it
MANY MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT GUYS

Cavey, this is what the came was done to when originally fitted, but when I change it to the new stuff I have feeling it was set up different !

Toe in/out F 1.0 mm in R 1.0 mm in

Camber(neg) F 2.0>2.5 deg R 1.0>1.5 deg
