Well, that sounds a good deal Mr. Hightower.
Don't tell us that you're going back to yet another Civic Type R again. Why are you selling mate ?

(Just gone back and read that you're after a "family" motor) Thats the CTR out then, being a 3door hatch!....bit of a pain if you have a little one to consider.

not sure what car next, there is not such a thing to get a car par on par with the wr1 that is why i am still not sure if i am going to sell it. hoping someone makes my mind up for me really.
was thinking about a more "normal" car for cargo runs (tesco) and maybe a motorbike or an evo5/6 for me.
have toyed with another type r as that is what the wife wants to get and tart it up a bit.
M3 is also in the mix as is a M5. as is a bmw conv. for the summer (if you can count a summer in scotland.) is also up there.

not all type-Rs have 3 doors though  new JDM is not a bad car at all.

i dont want to regret selling the wr1, WILL buy an RB320 when the come down a bit in price.

Just wondered if you were still looking for a '1 kev.

Wandering through the Auto Trader site noticed that Sunnyhill Motors in Turriff have a 38k miler in at £18k - that shouldn't be too far from you. If the miles are too high on that car there's a private one down in Dundee, same price, with 23.5k on it.

My commission rates are low!

Hi there guys,

The one in sunnyhill motors was my '1', which I sold the other week due to purchase of my first house. I didn't want to sell it but my hand was kinda forced due to the house and the commute to work - couldn't afford to keep it in petrol aswell as feed myself and the 'bit of stuff'!!
The car is amazing to drive,i loved every minute of the 8000miles I did in it. Its got a decat pipe on it (when i sold it anyway) and the sound is...well all you guys know what it's like
I think the price is over ambitios though, I bought the car for £17500 last May when it had 30k on the clock,so 18000 with more miles :? . It's got afew imperfections which I was gonna sort in the summer, but now don't need to. I'll list them so that anyone going to see it knows some history and has ammo to get a deal!
All wheels have seen better days - all kerbed (by previuos owner)
Afew chips on the bonnet (been touched up though)
Could possible do with front discs in the next few thousand miles as they're quite worn and not the best
Just had small service, so next one is the 'biggy' with belts etc.

It's definately a car worth having a look at if you're still looking for one kev, but not at 18grand, I would pay 15-16k max for it, personally!

Anymore info req'd just let me know

Hi thanks for the info,i have been to see the car the best deal they were offering was £17,500 nti,i didnt even bother asking if they would refurb the wheels.i think they will be doing very well if someone pays the money they are asking.
