Am I a new record holder - 320+ miles

Postby goonas » Fri Nov 16, 2012 8:06 pm

I travelled to Autotecnia from Hertfordshire today, 320+ mile round trip, that some sort of record for a trip for a service and new brakes being fitted?

Even if it's not, I shall be returning, great service from Adam and Jamie, thanks for your time & expertise, and great price.

I shall be back

This is an ongoing debate, but that mileage on a full tank or i assume a full tank to start :cuckoo:

I average about 200miles a tank less if pushed, also when i first purchased averaged 90 miles on half a tank

Umm it's nothing to do with fuel consumption, its whats the furthest someone has gone to have a service done on their car.

Ah well, I will take the furthest travel from within England ;) (for the moment, until I am proved wrong again  )

Also the little A515 trip from Derby to Buxton is quite entertaining, seems to be a good road for the Scooby :)
