60k service and many, many extras!
Posted: Sat Oct 22, 2011 12:02 pmA huge thanks to Adam and Jamie for making my WR1 happy again! After dropping it off for a 60k service, Goodridge hoses fitting, leaky rocker gasket repairing and the up-pipe heatshield welding, it also turned out the clutch was dead, the spark plugs were the wrong kind and all loose anyway, the drop links all round were wrong (off a classic), the dump valve gasket was shot and half the clips out of the bumper were missing.
This is what happens when you put your faith in a 'specialist' who's only speciality is BS
A week later my car feels like new and I'm grinning like a Cheshire cat!
Once I've saved up for the coilovers I'll be back,
