#038 not getting used, for sale????

Purchased #038 back in April, at about the same time I was starting a new Venture, ( work wise ), and it's gone a bit silly, which isn't a bad thing, but it means #038 isn't getting used and spends most of the time sat in the garage.
I bought it with 27,312 miles on it, and now it's got 27,673 miles showing, and that includes the drive back from Nottingham to glos.
Since I've owned it I've had a complete timing belt kit fitted, @ 27,576 miles, new exedy clutch kit including a new spigot bearing, brand new Tarox brake pads all round, 4 wheel alignment by powerstation, and had the front bumper removed and resprayed as I didn't like a couple of marks that it had picked up.
I'll list a few details just in case someone is in the market for a low mileage example, but it's only being advertised on here, that's how much I'm undecided about selling, but having said that, I won't mess people around if they're interested.
Apart from above,
Powder coated wheels, ( anthracite ), totally unmarked with toyo T1-R's fitted, very good tread left.
New heavy duty battery fitted.
Custom S/S turbo back exhaust, ( de-cat ).
K&N panel filter
Blitz dump valve
Brand new Tarox pads all round, ( these were fitted as I didn't like the EBC red stuff that were on the car ).
Ken wood double din stereo, DVD/MP3/ Bluetooth/hands free/ iPod connectivity
Remapped by steve simpson of TEG motorsport, running 332bhp with printouts.
Brand new exedy clutch. ( at the same time the gearbox/diff oil was changed ).
Just had a full 4 wheel alignment carried out at powerstation.
All OE stuff is here with the car, should you wish to change things back to standard.
Full 12 months MOT as of 4/12/2014

I have decided to remove this from the market for the time being, or at least until I can decide what to do.
I did have a couple of time wasters, obviously didn't have enough money in their piggy banks, probably just wanted to brag to their mates down the pub that they've been in a WR1, lol.
Joys of the used car market.
