IMMACULATE WR1 36K MILES (ANY HIGHER BIDS BEFORE IT GOES?)

Hi all,

I have been offered a job overseas and this is my w/e car so thinking of letting it go reluctantly instead of wrapping her up but if no interest then that is what I'll do.

This is my pride and joy and it really is concours condition with low 36,320 miles, detailed regularly using a 5 step process (Clean, claybar, clense, polish, wax) using Autoglym products and HD wax applied at £60 a tub. I have spend hours on it and my wife thinks I'm sleeping with it!

I have sorted the common problems and it really does want for nothing with £1500 spend recently keeping that way and driving as it should. It brakes in a straight line, pulls like a train and the air con runs nice and cold. It really does drive tight and feels sharp like a low mileage car does.

Main points :D :

36,000 miles as used as a w/e car.
    No.296
Full Subaru and specialist service history inc major cam belt. (basically done about every 4 to 5K well ahead of schedule)
12 mths MOT (last week, no advisories and never has)
Serviced last week to include Gearbox and diff oils
Hard to find a mark on it. Even very few stone chips. Wheels previously refurbished so also immaculate.
Had seat covers fitted so interior is also near new.
Standard car except for K&N panel filter
Fully undersealed and exhaust zinc treated so no rust under there (I am told £500?)
    Original mats in good condition
Limited edition tax disk holder & gear knob.
    Prodrive valve caps
    4 Prodrive mud flaps
    2 sets of keys
Big history file with all invoices, old mot's, prodrive certificate etc.
    HPI clear

Money recently spent:
Replaced two rear shocks (KYB Ultra SR's)
4 recent new tyres so loads of tread all round
Set of new prodrive wheel centre caps
Last year new drilled Brembo disks and pads so very good condition and stops straight and sharp.
Just fitted a £400 Pioneer touch screen head unit with DVD, Blue toothe parrot kit. USB in glove box to connect what you like! Original head unit supplied
    New alternator
    New Bosch battery
    New rear drop link
    New rear pair of bushes
Proper 4 wheel laser alignment/geometry set up with print out.
    New alloy strut brace fitted
    New WR1 wing decals
    New WR1 front badge
New Rear chrome WR1 boot badge just added
New Power steering fluid & belt.

Service History:
21/10/04 @977 miles Subaru main dealer
09/06/05 @4466 miles Subaru main dealer
12/07/06 @6916 miles Subaru main dealer
16/04/07 @12833 miles Subaru main dealer
07/07/08 @19174 miles Subaru main dealer
19/05/10 @23558 miles Subaru main dealer (Inc Cam belt major service)
    13/03/12 @28483 miles MPC Specialist
16/07/13 @32677 miles 3 Arches Specialist (Inc tensioners & brake fluid, coolant)
09/05/14 @36077 miles Subaru Solutions (inc gearbox and diff oils)

Hard to think of anything negative but I never did find a keyring! :?: Slight creak from rear suspention (top spring seat) occationally but lubrication seems to have helped that and only I would probably know as only on certain cornering.

The price. Looking at other similar cars and what they have sold for and the fact it needs nothing spending on it for a long time, £12,500 ovno please. Prefer it to go to a enthusiast from here!
Cheers guys,
Tony 8)
P.s. the private plate will take a week or two to come off so bear that in mind, a deposit secures.

PHOTOS NOW ADDED (rear pic has a chrome WR1 badge instead of the sticker now)

That's a shame mate, let me know if you fancy selling the head unit seperate as I'm looking for one and we may be able to cut a deal

Ok bud, will do. I have a spare wiring harness that fit the AVH Pioneers. Its the 16 pin to the two ISO standard connectors. It's new.
Will keep you in mind if i take it out for any reason! defo worth an upgrade and the bypass is easy to do so it plays dvd's while on the move

I don't really want to sell but just thinking about it. My main car is a E92 3 series coupe M sport and I need to keep that for travelling really as it's a diesel so a head and heart type dilema! :?:

Thanks for that Gary! Sure yours is as good!

A couple of traders have just made me an offer but rather it went to someone on here who know how to look after them. Not advertised it anywhere else yet. That £16,995 one on a forecourt is way too much but wishful thinking eh.

Any higher bids before it goes?

I have had a decent offer from a trader looking to buy stock so I'm mulling that over as it is going to be hassle free.

Anyone want to give me £11,700 (with the standard stereo back in) or £11,900 with the upgraded stereo?

Will be sorry to see it go. :(

Hi again bud, (sorry don't know your name?)

Just finalised a deal without the stereo!

I had to buy two special harnesses, one fits the car so no cutting and the other fits the head unit and they mate together. It's boxed with everything there including a hands free mic that you just run up inside the windscreen pillar.
It's simple to fit and you just unbolt the mounting from your standard stereo and it bolts to he new one. Direct replacement and looks the biz.

It's like new. Is £240 and £10 to post to you ok mate? I'm still loosing at that and at least you know it all works ok.

We can do by paypal easily.

Cheers.
