I'm afraid due to a quite severe change in personal circumstances I am considering the sale of my WR1. Me and wife going in separate directions!!!!
I am in no rush to sell it so just putting some feelers out on this forum to see if anyone is interested before the full blown advert goes out there.
Not even sure at this moment in time what price I want, but I guess its not leaving the garage for less than £12,500 bearing condition in mind.
Needless to say the car is exceptional condition with just coming up to 33000 miles on the clock.
There have been no major engine mods with the exception of a remap and intake.
Recently serviced with full service history.
Also spent a few thousand at RCM last year getting the suspension and exhaust upgraded.
Spec as follows.

Andy Forrest twin boost re map.Easily switchable.
K+N intake.
Samco hoses.
New battery.
RCM battery clamp and oil filler cap.
Full Stainless RCM 3" Cat Back exhaust from turbo.
Fully adjustable BC Coilovers all round. With extenders.
Whiteline Anti Lift kit.
RCM heavy Duty roll bars and new bushes etc.
New EBC Turbo Discs all round and Red stuff pads.
Defi gauges.
4 brand new Yokohama Parada spec 2 tyres.
All suspension and steering geometry set up by RCM. Car now handles amazingly.
Wheels are pristine and newly powder coated. With 4 brand new centre caps.
Engine bay is spotless and lovely.
Original key ring/fob.

I know someones going to moan about me not putting any pictures up but it looks the same as any other WR1, only very shiny. Always regularly detailed and never driven
in crap weather conditions as I cant stand getting it dirty.
My mobile no is 07977 468649 if you want to speak to me or you can obviously PM me.

If your interested I will send you recent photos and if you put no 181 into a search on here there are loads of pics.

I also have all the original springs and roll bars etc and a spare set of PFF7's also in pristine condition with 4 good pirelli tyres.Four good centre caps. I will flog these separately.

Thanks for looking.

Carl.

It's the hardest decision to make and follow through with, I did exactly the same due to a break up and remortgage last year when I sold #438, I feel you're pain

Cheers. I'm not actually selling as a financial thing, its really space and storage that's the problem. Was thinking about building a suitable housing at my business premises but that's proving difficult as well.
All said its a bit sad.

Well done mate, as I've always said good cars that are correctly priced sell themselves!
