Anyone fancy acquiring a cheap run around? . I sold my WR1 3 years ago and got myself this nice Audi A4 Cab. I purchased it with 9,000 miles on the clock for £24k in a private sale so it has 1 previous owner. Just like the WR1's they cost around 30k new.

Why would you be interested?

This car easily does 50mpg. I'm currently averaging around 58mpg for my daily commute to work.

It’s cheaper to TAX, insure and service than a WR1. Let’s face it what car isn’t

It has plenty of torque and 140BHP so enough power for safe overtaking etc. It’s not quite a WR1 obviously.

Well at this price it is practically at trade in Value, I know this because i called my Audi Dealer in Blackburn and they offered me pretty close to the price I’m asking for. Have a look on autotrader, see if you can get an S line with this mileage cheaper?

I have always been a petrol head and looked after my cars so this is a stunning well looked after example.

That is true but at that price a motor of that quality will sell. Granted it will sell for 2k more come May next year.Depends how much you need 2k or not i suppose!

Thanks for the second link. First link is to a car that is not an S-line, these tend to be a couple of grand cheaper.

I have seached autotrader for the whole UK and mine is the cheapest 2.0 TDI S line with this mileage. I like to do my homework first.

Looks llike that trader is only interested in the petrol versions which is unusal because the demand has always been for the diesals which are again a couple of grand more expensive.

Quality car that mate.

I've got a 306DTurbo with 180,000 miles on it, paint is scratched to f**k, wheels are slightly square, only 3 gears work (no reverse), 2 brakes are welded on (other 2 are missing), only ever been serviced once (receipt to prove), 16 previous owners, used to be a Fiesta.... many many receipts included (mostly Asda shopping bills).

I'll p/x and take that Audi off you if you give me £5k cash too.

Better hurry as I haven't advertised mine yet, someone is going to bag themselves a right stunner

Did'nt see the ka stopped at a roundabout the other night !

Since when do you stop at roundabout when there is no-one else on the fycking road
The bloke ripped of H's number plate and surround and proceeded to do a Basil Fawlty on the bonnet with it, also threatened H with "if you were a bloke I'd knock you out" !

So H has now countersued him for unpercedented damage that occured after the incident
