For Sale WR1 No 087 (Sold)

Postby mike.allen-@tiscali.co.uk » Fri Oct 23, 2009 6:37 pm

Thanks for the advice the car is now SOLD

For Sale My WR1 number 087 for £9250.00 ovno.

I have owned this car since April 2005 and bought it with 4000 miles on the clock so I am the second registered owner, it has now covered 79000 miles.

Mot expires May 2010, Road Fund Licence Expires May 2010.

The car is HPi clear.

The car has been serviced by Keith Price Subaru and I have all the receipts.

I have just replaced all the mats with genuine WR1 mats.

The car has been an absolute dream to drive since day one, you would not believe how much fun I have had with this car it has never let me down, however it has got a few small dents and marks which need some TLC and the near side rear shock has just started knocking and will need attention.

I am going to advertise this car in Auto Trader and on Piston Heads but thought I would offer it for sale on here first.

The number plate is not included in the sale and will revert back to an 04 number plate.

Thanks for looking, my contact details are 07968 195410.

Cheers Mike

I have not seen that WR1 sticker on the boot before - do you have a close up?

Dent-devils will get them dents out for £75 a piece...

I'd get rid of them before selling it and up the price a bit.

I'd get the entire thing tidied up before selling it mate, even though it's relativley high mileage, think you could get more for it.

I agree and get Chipsaway to sort the bumper out :thumb:

I respect you honest pictures and previous description.

It is a gamble between spending a fee quid on sorting the car out or being knocked down on price given the current condition.

My first call would be to Adam at Autotecnica to see how much it would it would cost to put the car right.

In the current state and the mileage you are going to have to reduce the price. With a little TLC the price might be about right if it was dent free. Assuming a full service history then one would think a lot of motorway miles?

Personally though. I'd want one that appeared that it was looked after. Robwils who I bought mine off kept her almost mint.

I think it was a good deal for us both.

Have only put 2000k on the clock since having her, think i've spent more time cleaning her than driving her!
