Well found!
My local dealer told me that some dealers they've spoken to weren't pxing WR1's without them!
Too petty to be a traffic warden...

So far i do not have my plaque, key ring or the tax disc holder  there're seemingly still with Subaru, they are on the way though  I haven't failed, i've merely found 10,000 reason's why it didn't work

I kept everything that came with the car and the leaflet you talk about. Think I have a couple of these as I put the spare one in the toilet at home so guests had something interesting to read!

Got about 10 of these, after having to pay Ant,
Had an my99 uk classic,
Then got P1 (0329),
Then got a brand new WR1 (092),
Then got a my00 UK Classic,
Then got another P1 (0488), Now Sold.
