Hi All!

Hi All

I'm the proud owner of WR1 357, collected the car 3 weeks ago and have to say that I'm very pleased :)

I've been a Scooby owner since 2002, had a MY1999 UK Turbo that I modded (as you do) up to 320/320. I only recently sold it and was feeling :( but the WR1 is certainly filling the void!

Cheers!

Greg

Welcome fella... How does the WR1 compare to the classic? I'm guessing you will be wanting to mod the WR1?

The classic felt (and was) much lighter, lower and connected to the road, but it did have AST suspension. The WR1 doesn't feel like a quick car until you look at the speedo  The classic was more of a beast really, but then it was a 220bhp car running 100bhp over stock. When I start modding the WR1 I'll be starting from a much higher platform ....

Welcome

If your looking to mod, I'd recommend whiteline front and rear 22mm ARB's and ALK for starters with Powerstation set up.
Engine: FMIC with K&N CAIK, Oil Catch Can & MD321H turbo. Next mod: TBD
Brakes: Turbo Groove Discs, Pagid RS29's & Braided Hoses.
Suspension: Whiteline front and rear ARB's, ALK
