Hi, welcome to our friendly little site. :)

A remap will free up a bit more power but will kill your warranty, so it really depends which is more important to you i guess. Mine is still standard but if i were having a remap done i'm either go to Roger Clark Motorsport or Bob Rawle of BR Developments.

If you are going that route it may be worth having a decat done and putting an inducting kit on at the same time. :)

Full de-cat, induction kit and a re-map should see you good for 350 horses.
Give Matt at Roger Clarke's a ring, he's very helpful. Bob Rawle does the mapping for RC's so you've got the best team on the case! :D

Like Chris says, you're warranty will go west though.

Welcome to the site eddie999. Who told you about the remap at the show as a matter of interest ?

Were they talking about the fact that some of the Wr1's have not matched the stated power levels advised by Subaru / Prodrive ? or are you looking for extra gains ? If it is the former then perhaps a power check and then a discussion with the dealer, before you spend on a remap. If however you are looking at gaining more then I would go along with the other advise and use RCM and Bob Rawle.l

before my remap it was 314 BHP
after my remap it was 314 BHP

But the Turbo spools up a bit sooner.
