Just like to say hi to everyone. Picked up 130 a couple of weeks ago and love it. Had a UK spec classic first then an 04 WRX with PPP. I thought that was fast until I drove the 1. Anyway heres a picture just after I collected it. Thanks to Robbo for looking after it so well.

Hello Norm and welcome Sorry Pooster / Mac, i often forget to look in here. Someone PM Mick C and suggest that as the upholder of all that is good and correct, he should be on this thread and welcoming Norm?

Thanks for all the welcomes. No plans to mod the car as yet although I am finding the handling a bit different to my previous scoobs so may look in this area. (I seem to be getting a fair bit of lift off oversteer) I'm not sure about Elvington Mac-1 as I don't know anything about it. Can you point me to some details and i'll see if I can make it?

Scooby shoot out at Elvington, look in the events forum. Unfortunately, to cure some of the WR1's handling quirks there is a simple mod that will actually save you about

You will get over it... P1's are for chavs and slap heads. You will not regret the WR1!! It grows on you! I love ours more now than when we first got it!
