New on here although been a scoobynet forum frequenter for many years, just come on here as I am looking to buy a WR1 now! Had a bug eye WRX and classic Jap STI V2 in the past so looking for scoob #3. Missus reckons scoobs are 'boys' cars so as this is gonna prob. be the last scoob might as well buy the daddy!

Here's how it went with my missus in the pre-sales cycle....

When I went to buy my '1', the message came back loud and clear.

'If you buy that car then I'm going to divorce you'

Ah, slight problem there then :omg:

It took me three weeks to find a way around it. The cost? New wooden floors throughout the whole of the downstairs then she was happy enough for me to spend even more money. Odd really as the cost was the original argument :confused:

So now that I've got my '1' I keep dead quiet, It's worth less and probably the floor has appreciated but the main thing is that she sees me constantly happy. Never had a car this good before, so IMHO it's well worth it.

just to hi to all! i have owned "the DADDY " since nov 05 and its the dogs boll***s! its my 5th scoob now and i just dont think there is another brand out there that does it any better!!!!!!! cheers
