New owner of #126

Postby Ricky_77 » Thu Apr 13, 2017 8:21 am

Hi all,

I am Rick and I finally got on here :D

I am the new owner of #126 and live on the South coast.

She has just past 67,000 miles and is an amazing bit of kit  I have owned a sport and then a Turbo 2000.
After a very long spell away from the Subaru's I returned with a bang 8) and forgot how much of a :D they bring - not just to mine, but those who see it and also have the luck to ride in it.

I saw #126 on here and thought :woohoo: and travelled 258 miles to pick it up.

The previous owner of 8 years took great care of the car and kept everything needed as proof of works etc.

Little jobs need doing, but is part of the project ahead and am lucky to have a 32 years Haynes Mechanic as my father 8)

Look forward to chatting on here with you all

Hi Rick , welcome to the fold

Things are a little quiet round here these days but the site has a lot of interesting information about one thing or another,

Glad you got back into subaru's, it's always comforting to know other people like spending all of their money on fuel :D
Nobody told me it was this brutal !

OMG! People

What is going on here? I know we are 14 years down the line, but really........ really!

Has the site and people become stagnant to the point of interest has gone and is now a mweh!

What happend to make it become this way? If I can help let me know, but this site should be kept going, not just for the old owners, but the new ones like me - who have questions that the old owners should be jumping in to help?
Or am I wrong?

Anyway, if we need to reboot this I am here to help ;)
