Newbie Checking In

Hello people,

At the moment I own a P1, which is currently at Scoobyprojects undergoing a power upgrade. It will be getting Rockos WR1 old 615 bhp engine from his WR1, he has now gone chasing even more ponies !!!!! Lol.

I have always looked at the WR1 with great admiration, and at the shows the owners always take great pride in their cars. I have been close to buying one a few times, and after I finish my current project I will be looking to get a second car and the WR1 is on the list. I will be posting in the project section soon to let you know how my build is going as it might interest some of you on here, I know Rocko might be lol.

At Scoobyprojects open day Rocko did take me out in his car and I must say I was very impressed, a top bloke that he is. Not only the outside of the WR1 looks stunning but I must say the interior was great also, the build and ride of the car felt very strong. It always helps that theses cars are a real head turners also lol. Thanks for reading and hope to see some of you soon at open days or on the track.

This is my current car

Cheers lads, will do the only thing now is the waiting which is the hard part lol. It's going to be interesting to see what the difference will be running that power in a P1, from what Rocko was running in his WR1, using his old engine.

I remember going to Marky Marks P1 running around 400bhp just before he modded my car to a similar spec. Chalk and cheese due to the rawness of the classic v newage.

Sorry John, I have only just seen that you have posted your P1 project on here. Rocko's engine is covered up ready for your P1 and this is going to be another interesting 600 club project for sure :D
