Can anyone answer the following...

How much is a new headlight? (as i know an interior lense is broken and i guess this is the only option)

There are foglight covers on, are they straight forward to remove or is it likely the lights have been removed underneath in any case?

The alarm is a Clifford, should there be a certificate with this for the insurance company?

Do you know if the car has driving lights behind the covers?
Does the car come with driving lamp surrounds?
If it has a clifford alarm it should have a certificate,
Is it the passengers side that there's a crack in the lense?
