Guys, please, this isn't fair.

I think Kev was some sort of fire equipment engineer... He post a link of a fire display which was great and had nothing to do with your. Swede should apologise.

John Mc Tiddler (Dogging Expert) - bit like Timothy Claypole from "Rent a ghost".

Welcome again to the forum.

No probs, Swede should know better.

I've never seen a more honest car advert than what Kev posted.

Keep us posted with how you are getting on with the car. Any pics are always welcome... Of the WR1 or any car you feel like sharing with us. Just please, no Fords

Yeah Kev's advert was 100% genuine and fair play to the guy, it was obvious to see he was gutted in losing the car, but ive said i will keep i touch with him, and anytime he wants to see it, he's more than welcome.
As for the steering clunking, thats mysteriously vanished? its had its service, and am just gonna keep a close eye on the steering even though its been checked out.
I owned a couple of RS Fords in the past, did i say that out loud

Howdo Kev, yeah loving the car allthough shes only getting used at the weekends. As for the steering issue, am stumped? The subaru dealer has looked at it and cant find a problem but really dont know whether to trust them, because they said my driving lamps weren't a standard fitment on the wr1, just shows how much they know? I think i need to take it over to Adam in Buxton and let an expert have a look :)
JUST FOR BRO :D
My first Rs was a mk2 escort Rs2000 in diamond white, i joined the Rs owners club and decided i was going to prepare and show the car in the concourse de elegance, at that time i lived at home with the parents, i had the car parked on the drive with my dads car behind, i took of the rotor arm and disconnected the battery, basically the car got nicked, we had a dog that never barked and they must have brought a low loader to transport the car  when the police finally turned up they said oh dont worry it'll be just joyriders, we'll find it in a couple of days, i knew otherwise these were pro's.
My second was an escort Rs turbo, my only other turboed car, which i managed to keep hold off till i moved out of the family home and that had to be sacrificed!
