HI every1. need some help on tuning

hi iv got a 2004 wr1 with tomei manifold, blitz nurspec r, japspeed down pipe and a new k&n panel filter.
the car needs tuning now and i havent a clue where to take it. i live in hertfordshire.
can you help me thanks alex

when you say tuning are you looking for mapping or more parts to be fitted.
