That sounds like a healthy approach. If you want to make a lightening career here and be mod' within 12 months, you'll have to be a tad less politically correct though.

I had to upset every moderator there was when I joined and nearly get banned in order to become mod' myself. All the mods actually left: pops, gangsta, jaycee, brian, chris, ...

I suggest you start by picking a bit on the guy called Dan55r. It's a good way of warming up. He is a push over though.
