Looking nice mate, nice and clean. If I was being over picky I would say the rear is looking abit too busy and the WR1 decals on the wings have been put on the wrong sides; the 'swoosh' should be facing backwards. Like I said I was just being picky.

yeh I noticed the decals were different from other folks , not sure what to do about the boot , :? :? , I was in the local Subaru garage the other day and watched them take badges off a new shape STI , looked kind of weird but might go for it

do you know where I could get wr1 decals and then I could swap them round :)

Quite sure you can order the decals from the main dealer.

Also with the boot, just need a hot air gun/hair dryer and some 'sticky stuff' remover from Halfords. Have a look in my garage number 131. I'm not the best at things like this but I managed it okay.

its pretty darn easy to do, just go slowly and be careful not to put too much force on the headlight unit when removing it, those white plastic brackets can snap.

I would use a heat gun rather than a fan heater, as this gives you far much more control over where you need the heat, and ofcourse not getting your hands in the way.

All you need to do is to gently warm up the mastic and they prise apart pretty easy...just make sure you have ALL the screws out first.

mate , got new WR1 decals from Scooby parts today ,, as you pointed out they were put on the wrong way round , so the nice guy from Scooby Parts made new ones for me :D

only problem is when I try and take off the old ones , the glue sometimes can mark the paint , as the glue bites into the top coat ,
I also started to take off the WR1 sticker from the boot but was worried about the marks it would leave behind ,
Did you take your,s off and did the glue just come off ok

Just to add the wing decals are also in the wrong place they should be just in front of the indicators not below as on yours, It would have been a shame if you fit the new ones the correct way round and then discovered they were in the wrong place, so thought I would point it out.

yeh cheers mate , I noticed that ,, thats why I wanted to make sure there would be no marks left , as they will be put in a different place , to the side if the indicators , not under them ,,
cheers

Looks great as you say but the decals just set it off nicely, they are small enough to be tasteful but not in your face. Just put new WR1 decals on mine along with the ones for the doors, so much better. Nice pics Graham Image
