get yourself a EZ Detail Brush, Car-Lack Wheel Cleaner or Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, Zaino Z-16 Perfect Tire Gloss , Poorboys Wheel Sealant. if you have any used clay aswell you can use this.

Poorboys is great for little money, get a few coats on and providing you keep on top of your wheels at least once a week with normal shampoo and water then you should never need a dedicated wheel cleaner. You may get the odd tar spot or two which is what the likes of a chemical tar remover like Tardis is for 8)

You want to avoid any acidic cleaners like megs hot rims etc if you can as this does the wheels no good in the long term...

I use Blackfire Metal Sealant on my wheels (It's more expensive but I have the luxury of taking what I want off the shelf  ) as it is resistant to extremely high temperatures - it's lasted a good 4 months on my exhaust and we all know how hot that gets!

As for tyre dressings, it depends on the tyres in my opinion. I used to use Blackfire on my T1-R's on my last car but the Gloss-It one seems to suit the Parada's better on the WR1 :)
