Any chance of enlarging the pics Kev to show it off in all its glory. Obviously we know it is a clean car from the history but it is always nice to see pictures.
Hopefully Clark will add some experience to this discussion when he details his own car.
I personally like Zymol. A few coats of Concours and you get a really nice natural looking glass effect on the paint. The protection it offers over the less natural sealant products is superb in my opinion. Mind, you do need to build a few coats of the zymol up and you will find nothing sticks to the paint that will not simply wash off.
I've tried Zymol Destiny of which I have another pot on its way to me. This is lovely stuff and seems to need less coats than the Concours. Some say it it is harder to apply but I disagree and found it easier.
I think within reason the more you spend the better the result. If I was a "armchair" car cleaner, like our beloved Glen, I would be demanding the Vintage too... Since I like to apply the wax myself I can't quite justify the outlay... Maybe next time!
This is after one coat of Destiny... on top of the concours.
