Maybe I should remind pooster how much faster he went going 'much more sideways ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TA2nKYfg9gw

Clearly shows what a bunch of Essex cruisers I'm in the club with... They all :blahblah: about their 400 horsepower but none of these boyracers actually knows what they are there for or has the balls to use them.

Why are all the WR1 in that video loosing there backend compared to the Evos? Is this intentional or characteristics of a WR1?

The sweede is a good driver, all that went to Spa /Ring 2006 will tell you so. I lost the back end twice simply because I can't drive.

Please dont let my Mrs see this video, she has only just forgiven me

You clearly have never driven with YAW control. It doesn't help that much. Electronic central diff does however help on snow.

As for stepping out the back end, why did you go straight over the kerbstones (at Mach 3 !) and the grass at the end of the Kemmel-straight?

Gee, as usual you are proving you know f*ck-all about rallying and you try to hide it by trying to go personal.

Maybe you should watch the rally-videos again. The only time they get their car very sideways after a corner when they overcook it (so the next picture generally involves a ditch ). Maybe McRae isn't the greatest reference. How many worldchampionships did McRae win with his overcooked style?

Here's another wildman who has a few more crowns under his belt. Have a look how sideways he pushes it, :wank:

(Intro of video is in Japanese :( . Explanation of the drivers is in English)

 Yes i know sideways is not the fastest way in rallying but you can't denie the fact that McRae was both fast & sideways, can you?

Yet again we must bow to your superior knowledge on everything car wise as yes of course i know nothing about rallying :wank: How many rallys were you at last year? Have you been out to any this year yet? I think i have a reasonable level knowledge of rallying from local championships to wrc & going back to the golden days of Group B.

Even in group B times they didn't go that sideways.

You seem to confuse sideways and sideways after a corner. Even your local hero didn't get his car sideways after the corners. He came out straight. If he was sideways, it was to crash another car and lose another crown to Makinen, Gronholm or Burns...

As for rallying, don't worry, I probably see more rallies a year than you do.
We've been to the Artic in Finland this year and the last weekend I was there we went to a local rally in Kuusamo.

I assume you have already been to about 7 where you saw Jimmy McRae going sideways in his Mk II ? :dickhead:

Yeah, let's say I run something a bit less 'cruiser' than the 888's

That's what they look like.

Not in 100% good nick anymore plus they're struggling with the brutal power delivery.

Few pics of the road trip back from Finland last month.

Starting with the boring bits.

Driving through Sweden... Fascinating roads where you better stick to the speed limit...

I bet you look much more like a foreigner in Finland than I do

And erm... no, sandles and white socks are typical 'British tourist' outfits, together with the stupid hat and lobster 'suntan'. I just love it how easy it is to pick out British tourists abroad.
