wr1 116 is mine

Hello there everyone i picked up wr1 116 on saturday all the way from wales seen on piston heads its mint and fsh just a couple of alloys need refurb im well happy it drives like new its looks standard apart from some deff's were the clock was and some speed camera/jammer stuff that keeps bleeping it has good history with a new clutch/cambelt/brakes fitted 2000 miles ago boost goes up 2 1.5 bar is this standard :lol: :lol: :lol:

Well done :lol: 1.4 is standard, the defis can read 0.1 higher which may be why you are seeing 1.5? Enjoy it!!

How come you didn't get the one from up North?

Thanks can anyone help ? teach me how to upload pics cos i have not got a glue lol :? thanks the one up north was close to 3000 pound more than i paid ok 10000 less miles but i would have had 2 spend about 1000 pound ontop on to get it mint headlight cracked on inner chrome part ? :? how did that happen ? all the alloys needed refurb stone chips on bumper/bonnet and he never had the cat/downpipe so how would i get mot with no cat on car ? all adds up to £££ anyway im chuffed i own wr1 116

Lol 10000 mls less plus a lot done to it mate, u had pics and said on here that you 100% wasnt pulling out but then did, glad you got what u wanted, well done.

You to mate. As i say i may keep for a bit longer now, had a trip to wales today and made me realise how much i love this car but who knows my mind keeps changing lol.

Well done m8, I'm sure you will enjoy. I had 116 from new and it was mint when I sold it, 23k on the clock and sold it October 2007. I had the defi's and the laser jammer etc. put in, just pleased to see her still on the road. :D

ok mate I was the same as you now I can't stop uploading pics,

Anyway I got myself a photobucket account, and you can add the photos you want to upload into photobucket, then at the bottom of the screen is a tick box that says something like generate html codes, then a few choices will come up, and you just cut from the photobucket website, and past the codes into your post, click preview to see if it works. then off you go!!! :D

Hello iceman yes i now i have loads of receipt's with your name on the car is still nice and clean and i will love it just as you did ive got it booked in for a full service im gonna spoil it lol :lol: i took it to a scooby meet last weekend and it got photographed loads well happy thanks ian

Thanks foley your a good fella :thumb: and its deffo had three owners i have a copy of the log book before it got sent to dvla and it say the man i bought it from as the owner last owner jonathan and it say 2 previous owners iceman and jonathan makes 2 iceman it still drives like new and has never missed a service and its had the body services done its mint with no dents or dings just the bumper winglets could do with a repaint little scratches on underside i will get them done though its booked in for a full big service on tuesday not cheap in london £600 pounds for peace of mine its well looked after i dont use it much though but look at it all the time :lol: and wash it weekly Image Image[/img] sorry i have not taken many pictures yet

Thanks iceman you did look after it the best of all the owners and i will to the only thing i did have to get was the cd autochanger wire from the clarion head unit was not in the car ? is the clarion headunit and auto changer standard ? cos i have no paper work for it and i have read on the net that it is coded is this true cos i have no code for it if it is ? i hope me battery dont go flat

I was browsing through the pictures on Scoobynet and wondered whos it was as I have never seen another WR1 in Middlesex!!

Where have you booked it in for a service at?

I took the head unit and changer out of my STI and it was fitted when I installed the Origin B2 and the LRC 100. NICE (Norwich In Car Entertainment) installed it, try gving them a call, they maybe able to help. 01603 666876.

Thankyou iceman 4 being helpfull :D and Huzzy yes that was me and there is more than 1 wr1 now :rofl: i hope to see you car one day :idea: and i only found 2 service stations in west london that can put a subaru stamp in me service book just like all the other stamps in it one in twickenham and the other was marlborough i went for marlborough its a little closer 2 were i work am i gonna here some bad stories about them now :lol: thanks guys
