I'm surprised the 0-100-0 time of 11.6s isn't quicker. Our cars managed around 14 seconds in a magazine group test. With the mods a lot of us have done on engine power and brakes, we'd be close to 12 seconds I recon.

I think the gearing will be more for top end.
The more power the harder it is to put it down.
Think thats why the Veron had 4WD.

You're probably right, it might hit 100 mph in second. I think I remember Clarkson saying his GT40 hit 130 in third gear!
