what happens to all the concept cars in the end i wonder. i mean the prototypes. do the manufacturers hide these away somewhere for a rainy day when they'll let them go on an auction or what :suss:

or does someone have a very cool stable of concept cars somewhere 8)

Not sure :?
I know ferrari sole one of there protype mules a couple of months ago.
One side was 355 the other was 348 and it had an enzo engine. (it looked a bit rough)
But it sold at auction for around 90k which is cheap for sonething with an enzo motor in it...

Yep, It was just a test mule never ment for sale.
But they auctioned it off at the same time they auctioned off the popes enzo (No 400).
It looked odd as the348 side had an extra piece put in as it was shorter that the 355, but im sure it went well :?

I do like this tonnes spike.
I like the look of the new concept, the GT500 & the Saleen.
But best of all in my eyes is the origial.
There abit price though (100-120k for an origial shelby)
Got to admit it looks so 8) as it was built in 1967...
