no it's mostly sh1te. they tend to have 1 interesting car a week on it, i record it, and watch the good bits then bin it. i can;t stand the new presenter oooooooooh might want to watch it next week

Believe it or not I still have VBH's mobile number  Got it due to crew sheets with contact details for all on the team when I was doing some filming work. Don't know if the number is valid still though..... and no, I'm not handing it out - I've got scruples, y'know!
