You got wait for about 1.5 mins into the first video to get the onboard footage... Bet even Chris B 'd have a problem with this guy !

Those were the days... Still LOVE the other video most (the S1 blasting around on ice). Looks like God driving his own car ! :bow:

Those S1s are the nuts - remember seeing one blast up the 1/4mile in 10.45secs, achieving a 2.99 0 - 60 along the way, awesome.

Audi have never really regained the cred that the origional quattro gave them - shame.

That's true.

There has never been a succesor to the Urquattro.

Funny when you think the Sport Quattro was one of THE ultimate sportcars back in 1985-86 (in Belgium it costed as much in 1985 as a Gallardo costs today ! :shock:

) and it returned 'only' 306 bhp, which is less than a WR1 on a bad day.

It only weighed 990kg also...

Pretty bad in running cost too: a bonnet costs 11000 GBP (Kevlar...).
