Trading-in my old WR1 for an Evo 9 was probably the worst car-related decision I've ever made!

Mind you, it did make me change the qualities I look for in a vehicle. Hence, I sold the Evo to buy something which was built properly - An Audi RS4.

It would appear that I've now caught the German Car Bug......the RS4 has just been replaced by a Mercedes C63 AMG PPP.

...it's actually the Performance Pack Plus. Which gives an extra 30 HP (more like 50 if Rolling Road Data is believed) and adds Uprated Brakes (inc. Composite Fronts) with Red Callipers all-round, a Carbon Fibre Boot Lip Spoiler, a Titanium Coloured Inlet Manifold and the Steering Wheel partly covered in Alcantara.

Basically, it's a 500 HP (ish) Beast!

I have some pictures, but I'm currently unable to host them.

The C63 is certainly not a 'Birds' car......it sounds like Thunder. In fact, it makes the RS4 sound quiet and refined!

Sandy's AMG is the nicest car I have ever driven. I still talk about him firstly passing the keys to my wife and then to me. I wouldn't give him the keys to my boys Scaletrix.

I'd only driven the car 25 Miles (from new) before it snowed heavily, so I wasn't even used to how it performed in the dry...let alone in Snow!
