Posted: Fri Jun 26, 2009 7:39 amI raced one of these the other day and very nearly kept up, probably top end it would have pulled away more. I wasn't impressed with it's straight line speed and expected a totally different result, as did the driver who gave a wave of respect at the end.
However, I have NEVER seen anything that looks or sounds better in my life!

but its built for track work so a straight line dragg race is completely and utterly pointless tbh.
Bit of a price difference between those 2 cars too aint there ??

Agreed, it was totally pointless, however I got the hear it one full chat for nearly 10mins, so it was worth it just for that alone. I dont doubt it would kill most things on a track, there was one at Spa going VERY well when we were there last year!
No idea what they cost tbh!

And tbh the 355 was never really that fast anyway - well known that they overhyped the bhp figure on that model - indeed an overrated example, does look
