Things you wouldn't think would happen

Postby chris » Wed Mar 23, 2005 10:04 pm

I was having a conversation at work today with one of our clients, a Church of England Reverand. We were talking about when his house sale was likely to exchange. I said it should happen in the week after the Easter weekend. I was somewhat taken aback when he asked me when Easter was!

 Excellent. Did you check if he knew when Christmas was?

Reminds me of a time during my training when a female student (having a blonde moment) asked our instructor how can an air traffic controller talk to Concorde since it's travelling faster than the speed of sound?
