Block someone on an iPhone?

Someone keeps sending me twatting BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP messages and I want to stop them because it's interrupting my daily eating.

I was at a clients site and my phone started going crazy. Then it stopped briefly and i made a call. During the call it started going off again and I hung up on HP by mistake whilst trying to silence the blooming things!!
