Who's the most famous person you have met?

Postby Crockel » Tue Jun 05, 2012 3:24 pm

A mate and I were having a chat the other night about famous people we had met. Over the years we worked out we had met loads of people from sport/tv/film and I was interested as to who on the board had met who. Photos are a must and all celebrities even 'z' list qualify!

I have posted a starter for ten.... looks like he has my ears and I have his hair! He will still whip my a@se in a race though!

Met the Duke of Edinburgh once at St James' Palace. Met Fred Dibnah at a steam fair once too. I have an autograph from the Stig and a stripped gear from Colin Mcrae's WRC Impreza.

Oh, my wife X-rayed Craig Charles (she thought it was Ray Charles) and that old git from Corrie who was married to the woman with the big glasses who ran off with the shopkeeper.
There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.

Met Gazza in 95 when he played for Rangers and Jay K/David Coulthard at Goodwood FOS in 2003.

Also met the Queen when she opened a hospital in our town many years ago but I'd still class Gazza above that

I do have pictures but I'm on my phone at the moment :-)

Did you hear about the time when Gareth Gates went into ASDA to buy a Mars Bar?

He ended up coming out with 100 bags of M&M's

If it had been Silvia Saint's bed and she was there it would have been more impressive!
