OT: Trip to Lapland to visit Santa.

Postby Crockel » Sat Sep 24, 2011 6:37 pm

The wife and I are toying with taking our 6 year old son on one of these short breaks to Lapland. If I'm honest I think we are up for it more than him!

I was interested if anyone on the board has done the trip with their kids and could let me know what they thought of it.

Cheers

mate from work went, said it was ok,v pricey for beer  and his particular santa,s cave was an old nuclea bunker  but kids loved it :D
it is better to have had a wr1 and lost it than never to have one at all.

Ive been to "lapland" lot's of times, its surprising that there is always a plethora of north "poles" there, its never too cold either as the inhabitants walk round in their underwear!

Think your 6yo son may be a bit young though!

Thanks for your post- I will probably let him wear clothes rather than walk about in his underwear though.

Why do you think 6 is too young?

As long as Garry Glitter isn't a WR1 driver and a member of these boards we should be okay.
