Cheers for the comments guys ...

The whole scooby scene is a drug for me, mine being off the road is a real a$$ for sure but as long as i'm in one and at a cruise I am 95% happy!

Big up to Tristan for making the trek from Luton to the meet at the weekend. Good to see ya there mate

Cheers all enjoyed that group hug :) Gansta you sound a real interesting guy, live it up mate.

We seem to have all ages on hear, is it great that we are able to share our views and opinions without any of the usual sh$t asociated on other sites.

Worked money out and seems will be able to have the best of both works, now need to save for a scooby to keep in spain :D as if. Did see a P1 when I was there, it was great to see and against the other cars on the road, it had all the attention.

Not sure about the heat soak, saw vertually every day, it sounded like a good normal usual scooby, so I am sure it was'nt any crap look alike.

He also did a great job at keeping it clean, every other car was covered in sand etc.

I think I get the prize for being the old bloke, I'll be 55 in January. I've been a driving instructor for the last 27 years and I decided about 3 years ago that I needed to have a bit more excitment in my life. So I bought my first WRX then progressed to a Sti8 and finally the WR1. I probably won't be able to retire in the near future as I have to pay for all the mods... but you can't take it with you, as they say, so why not have a bit of fun with your hard earned cash.
Heaven can wait....I'm playing with my scooby.

Nice cars, enjoyed mine a lot. Did 53k miles in 2.5 yrs. Only car i had that needed all 4 tyres changing at once, but scoobs are in a different league IMHO! Both great cars.
