Garlic, ginger, lemon grass, coriander, spring onion, lemon rind


Soy, fish sauce, olive oil, pepper, chilli, lemon juice


White and brown crab meat, cod cheeks, squid wings all chopped up and marinated


Three cleaned and prepared squid - One was called Sammy, one was called Sally and one was called Tyrone.


Stuffing done.


Sammy, Sally and Tyrone stuffed and skewered with their friends from the sea.


On the BBQ
