hi guys recently sold # 387
and have just bought a RB320 , just dropped it off at clarks today for 3 day detail cant wait to see it when its finished

but one thing really annoys me about the rb320 is the blue carpets, what were subaru thinking, it's as if they just did'nt sell enough standard sti's in black....and come up with a plan to rip punters of :roll:

....
and then there was Â£1k or was it Â£2k for the leather interior :roll:

I see there is a rb320 on pistonheads that has the normal sti blue seats, for Â£20k :shock:

mines came with the full leather n clarion satnav was the original production car so comes without a number just states limited edition on service book , cant wait to see it after clark works his magic on it

Made a start this afternoon,wheels were all removed and spent about an hour on each wheel removing all the old weight residue!

i will agree with the blue carpet wtf? sounds like sme spec clrion and leather alecantra seats, all you need to do now is tint the windows and put on a nur spec r.......

Really??!! My mates red one just looks stunning - and now its COBB tuned to 600bhp goes like an absolute rocket.

Forget evos and subarus fellas, the GTR is in a whole new league. They do appear to cost mega Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£ to run though. 2K just for a set of tyres and I think he's paying something similar for insurance + tax + servicing, etc :shock:

I liked the RB320 but felt the WR1 was a better drive, I didnt like the 2.5 Engine.

the nur spec is LOUD! about as loud as you get i think!!
the wr1 for me is quicker in a straight line and you fell the turbo coming in hard where as the rb320 is way superior on the bends and to be honest aint no slouch either! had mine over fettercairn last week banchory to dundee road, what a fooking car!!

RB320 easier to live with but not quite as much fun as a WR1, cant really slate it as when ive driven them they handle better than the WR1 and are a nice car all round. Not 10K more of a car compared to my WR1 though which was the price gap when I bought mine.
