Came back to a queue at my desk, one girl in tears that she couldnt talk to her boyfriend who was stranded somewhere in the snow and using facebook mobile etc... Oooops

There was a new starter who thought she was going to get into deep trouble for trying to go on the site after seeing the "Site blocked, your actions have been logged" standard message
