Does Modding your WR1 devalue it when it comes to selling

Postby typeukppp05 » Thu Nov 18, 2010 1:11 pm

Hi I was wondering if modding your WR! e.g remap, would de value the car when it comes to resale.

I cam appecieate that some people do not mind but generally are the majority of WR! standard interms of engine performance?

Depends on who does the modding, mapping and what mods power the car is !
RCM tuned would be top choice to have, there are several who to stay away from aswell !

You could save £0000's by buying a modded car if you want to tinka with one, or if you want a standard car then buy a standard one.

But it does'nt take long before you want a bit more

Personally, I don;t think it would de-value it if the mods were done properly as stated above.

But I don't think you'd get any extra for it either.
