So here we go from last night.

Sea Bass rolled in:

grated ginger
grated garlic
finely chopped spring onion
finely chopped red chilli
olive oil
chopped coriander
splash of soy sauce
zest and juice of lime

Remaining mixture spooned over cooked fish.

These "little" guys were very lightly smoked as they are a subtle fish and hence not marinated for more than 10 mins.

We were celebrating last night as the wife started a new job so this married well with a bottle of champagne.

I've had more hits on my BBQ food than any car related thread that I have started

Just for reference.

He cooked the wife and i a bit of lamb on the BBQ. Very overdone and looked like it could appear on last nights episode of the pacific as a dead extra but actually rather tasty.

By the way, hi everyone.

PMSL...

Yes the lamb was slightly overdone. But, I wasn't concerned because it was like feeding a family of human dustbins....

It makes me laugh that he has started this thread in attempt to big himself up with his peers - trying to show what a great chef he is blah blah blah.

The reality is, he stuck a bit of crap sheep on a BBQ, Bashed a black pudding up and slapped it all over in an attempt to look arty. Gave it complete garlic overkill in an attempt to mask any other flavours that may have been there. Then cremated it.

Great cooking Pal.

This reminds me of the shock result of your fishy rice dish... without the fish flavour!

And it was late. 9.30 is no time for a 10 year old to eat.
