Sea Bass

So here we go from last night.
Sea Bass rolled in:
grated ginger
grated garlic
finely chopped spring onion
finely chopped red chilli
olive oil
chopped coriander
splash of soy sauce
zest and juice of lime
Remaining mixture spooned over cooked fish.
These "little" guys were very lightly smoked as they are a subtle fish and hence not marinated for more than 10 mins.
We were celebrating last night as the wife started a new job so this married well with a bottle of champagne.
I've had more hits on my BBQ food than any car related thread that I have started
