Ive just added this to the original thread, sorry for repeating myself :P

Hi all,

Sorry I didnt make an appearance tonight. I did turn up, but I was a bit late
and you were all sat down ordering your food, so I didnt want to disturb you. Besides which I'm full of cold and didnt want you all to go home with the sniffles, I was hoping to catch you all before you went in to eat to say hi, but I was on shift today from 7am - 7pm. Hopefully I'll meet some of you next time around.

How rude apologising for my skip

Was a great evening, made me wish that I still had my WR1... Daz's 1 was in great condition, like the rear diffuser detail and the wheels were in great condition.

I have the photos unedited (i.e. your reg plates are still showing) so if anyone wants me to put them on I will otherwise I'll have to edit them this weekend....

Does it make it OK to get Neons on a WR1 then if a girl has picked the colour ?

PS I still think Red would look better than Blue neons for the WR1...

I'm with Daz's daughter, blue would look better. You get red and I'll get blue. We can then compare.

lovely...just wish I could of been there too...I remember when there was a crappy old amusement park behind it, and the awful Italian joint just up the road.

The curry house opposite the pub is blinding though!!!

should be over in UK within next month so if anybody is up for it then I would be happy to join in for the next one. Or try Websters up by the airport? Some great roads over the tops to Otley that way..

I suggest you Northern boys get yourselves and your 1's down to Norfolk for a meet.

That way you can eat some REAL fish and chips and also see a collection of REAL WR1's! :P

Great to meet you and Danielle mate, have to organise something the other side of the M62 next time? If you have any suggestions of decent places to meet, put a topic up and see if we can all make it?
