I would have liked the Rally Experience. Except it's in a Fiesta ST!

Are you sure it wasn't a drinking session at a pub near Silverstone?

I'd go for the Lambo, and say it's too slow when you have finished!

I paid extra when i got bought one and drove a ferrari 360 for a few laps and then the lotus exige for a few laps. exige felt down on power but amazing at cornering. I then got a fast lap with an instructor who pushed the exige to its limits and that by far was the best bit. Ferrari sounded amazing too especially as i accidentally stomped on the loud pedal as i was meandering out of the cars roll cage to get out - which the spectators loved. :)

Also be careful if your driving there n back. You some how lose the sensation of speed at silverstone. I came out and on the nearby roads found myself driving very fast without realising it. When corners came up on some twisty bits id forgotten how quick i was actually going. if i wasnt in a performance car id have probably understeered and carried on being still on a buzz from the track day.

What ever you do dont change your mind and go for the ford rally thing, as i did it and was less than impressed, as i was in and out of the car in five min.

Silverstone seemed to be set up very well ie all corporate but the experiance was anything but.

if you can go to Bruntinthorp, do as the guys there are more aimed at leting you have an experiance rather than a revolving door set up.

but still a great gift, fancy a swop for some socks

Gutted... socks (thermal) is the only thing I asked for...!

Already contacted them if I can take the Lambo out for an 'experience' rather than a £99 thrill.... they flatly denied it...

Fancied the rally one, until I found out it was a Fiesta ST.

Gonna go for the Ferrari or Exige Experience... Probably the Ferrari...

There's something about telling your kids in years to come that you've tore a Ferrari around Silverstone, even if it was only for 9 laps!

Fiesta ST drives great. It's got a Reiger suspension and allows you to keep your foot down in the most difficult situations.
