Guy i work with does beer chicken, its a whole chicken on a low heat BBQ stood up with half a tin of beer up its backdoor, pretty fecking tasty.
The WR1 be safe in the knowledge that, short of strapping yourself to an Acme rocket, there's no quicker way to get from A to B.
I know this as "drunken chicken"... THe can is to improve the heat to the centre of the chicken. I just cut the chicken in half and use the indirect cooking method. I'll have a think what is going on the BBQ this evening. There will be my veggie mix but not sure what dead animals/creatures just yet. Last night I met Ferret at the SMACS meet. Nice lad
