Its just a matter of time before brit cops kill somone with taser! There are a lot of documented cases abroad, and just like firearms I do NOT believe our police should have them.

And thats coming from somone who was brought up with guns and made my living with them for 3 years.

I'm with you on this. When you see how much lowlife there is around in Britain and how it breeds, it wouldn't harm that police would get a bit tougher

They looked very controlled and restrained to me, almost by the book. There are many tactics a police officer can use and that they are taught but they can do almost anything if it is justifiable and not excessive. The fuckwit on the floor is being extra stupid and not complying with any apparent requests made and so they shock him again but obviously he doesn't learn. The punch appears to be in order to gain compliance so that they can handcuff him. They could so easily have just applied the cuffs and snapped his wrist with a little twist but because he is resisting with his arm by keeping it to the front he got punched to distract him enough to get his arm to the rear.
Having watched it a couple of times I can only see a drunken fuckwit not doing as he was told and some very professional officers.
If you don't know how police officers are taught and trained you can't really comment on there actions unless they are blatantly over the top.
