Sun was out today

Postby Megaman » Sat May 30, 2009 9:58 pm

It looks from the state of my face/neck/arms that the sun was out today... not used to such things... so i had to celebrate my sunburn with a bbq and a beer. Problem was the disposable bbq was only half hot so had to use 2 to cremate the food tonight.. :)

Arms were pale white this morning...

You got too much hair on your arms, you have a typical "English tourist" skin (which means you will never get a tan, but simply get red like a lobster) and your BBQ look pathetic.

Go away, get yourself a proper BBQ, a proper car and a sexy bird. Make pics and come back.

You cheeky f*cker, how dare you talk about my BBQ like that! :blah:
4 x disposable BBQ's for a £10er from the supermarket... jeez some people dont know quality when they see it.

As for getting a proper BBQ, car, sexy bird - if you are willing to donate to my charity "ImaPoorLazyBastard" then go right ahead...

£40 in disposable BBQ's ??

Man, you got too much money !

If you BBQ a few times like that, you can buy one like the one Spikey and myself went to get few weeks ago which you only move if you're 3 people !

No wonder you got no money left to buy a properly fit bird ! :?

Weather has been amazing the last few days 8) Long may it continue. Was watching the local news last night & it was saying Inverness was hotter than Tenirife :D

We were roasting out on the mountian bike trails yesterday was going through a litre of water on each climb from our water packs.

Still... A man like Mega merits a proper big BBQ.

Off to Legoland this afternoon and then a BBQ in the garden :)

Hey its not the size of the BBQ that matters, its what you do with it that counts... at least thats what Swede tells the women so ive heard ...

I also heard a rumour that BBQ's have a similarity with cars in that rich pricks buy big Ferraris to make up for a small cock... using the same theory then, rich pricks that buy big BBQ's (that take 3 men to lift) might also be lacking in a certain department?

You'd love to be here now mate. Made 80kgs of sausages last weekend. Normal 'white' sausages and black ones :P

Only healthy meat (own pigs), bread, eggs and spices (and blood). You won't find anything like it at a butcher anymore.

Brought 20kgs to UK.

Give us a tinkle if ever you're in this corner of the woods !

Hmm... Not a fan of lamb shoulder. Generally find lamb meat a tad bitter.

Any way you spice it to avoid that ?

wahay another woman couldnt resist their natural place...cooking away for us men... ;) having said that maybe she isnt happy with your bbq skills at cremating all the food??

having said that looking at the size of the bbq doesnt that thing cook and flip all the food by itself... id expect it to do a little dance and have a built in bluray player for the size of it !!!

Ooh just noticed that youve cheated and used GAS!! Gas just isnt the same man!!

I'm with Mega, cheating for sure. Why use gas when you get such great results with charcoal?

what brand of watch do you have on there swede?

All my neighbours had BBQ's yesterday, I was an unsocialble bugger though and refused to attend, however that didnt stop me being handed steak rolls and sausages over the fence 8)

Gee, by all accounts it will be worth a look, all the top names are going to be there, some crazy speeds they come down that mountain

It's an 'Outback' type Titanium.

As for the cremating the meat... you can see from the flames on Mak's pic who is cremating the food in our household
