Never tried buckfast... All my Irish and Scots friends who mention it seem to be little bit loopy/dangerous.
Lager, wine, champagne, cocktails or good quality cognac. Stella, I wouldn't cook with it. I can't stomach the stuff.

Most Lagers, no special brew, rattler cider is my fav tipple at the mo, but it's only available to us cornish people , although I have seen it at asda in Bristol !
Shorts bit of vodka, dark rum, and I do have a nice bottle of brandy hennessy xo
